E-Waste Management

An appeal to our end consumers:

Please do not dispose your e – waste into the municipal waste collection bins because these wastes are hazardous in nature and need to be recycled in a special way.

We have tied up with a Government approved E waste vendor namely “Hulladek Recycling Pvt. Ltd.” as our PRO. They are authorized for Collecting E-waste by the Pollution Control Board and they ensure the safe disposal of such E-waste.

We will offer you 1% Discount Voucher for the EOL products returned to us, such voucher may be used for future purchases from us within one year.

In the event of disposing of your products which have been imported by us, you may please consider any one of the options below:

Options A – Our Registered & Branch Office and Warehouse of Hulladeck as Collection Centres.

Our Office Addresses will act as collection centres for EOL products from consumers, details of which are given below:

• Kolkata – 26, Chittaranjan Avenue, 1st Floor, Kolkata – 700012. Contact: Mr. Ajay Daga, 033 – 4062 0774.
• Ranchi – MF-8, Roshpa Tower, Main Road, Ranchi – 834001. Contact: Mr. Narayan Bajaj, 0651 – 233 1191.

Warehouse of M/s. Hulladek Recycling Pvt. Ltd. will also act as collection centres for EOL products from consumers, detail of which is given below:

• 135, Foreshore Road, Godown No. 26b/1, Howrah – 711104.

Option B - Please call at our Toll Free Number 1800 3000 8234 from 10am to 7pm (all days except Sunday) for assistance to send the material to the designated branch or for organising pickup.

Terms & conditions:

• The service is available Monday to Friday from 10:00 hrs to 17:30 hrs.
• The product will be safely recycled
• Please carry and deposit your product at the location address specified to you.
• Supreme Infotrade Pvt. Ltd. is not obliged to reimburse the customer the scrap value/any other value of the E – waste product surrendered by the customer to the authorized collection centre or picked up from Customer’s place.
• Recycle products will not be part of any exchange schemes.
• Local conditions of authorized recycler policy will apply.
• Supreme Infotrade Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to change / amend this policy.
